Vegas Concerts Arise Again with Day N Vegas

Day N Vegas, a three-day long concert held on the festival grounds of Las Vegas, took place this year on November 12th through 15th. This event included many Hip-Hop artists, the headliners of the event being: Post Malone, Kendrick Lamar, and Tyler The Creator. This included three main stages where the performers would perform, all performing at different times. The event had food, drinks, merchandise, and tickets for sale. In total, about 120 artists had performed. The three main stages had different names such as The Frank stage, being the biggest stage with most of the headliners at that location. The Sammy stage being the second biggest, and lastly Dean stage. The event started at 12pm and occurred until 1am. The event hosted close to 60,000 people this year.

During this time of events, COVID-19 protocols called for proof of a negative test 72 hours prior to the event. People being told to wear masks while in crowds, and if they had the vaccine, they needed proof of vaccination card to enter the event.

Attendees had the option to buy tickets on the Day N Vegas website with options including an all-day pass for each individual day, general admission for all three days, and lastly, VIP passes for all three days. VIP included a secluded section where only those who had the pass could enter. People would get the VIP if they did not want the experience of being in the large crowds. The VIP tickets being sold on the website for around $800. However, the normal three day general admission priced around $570.

The festival life is not a life for many; hence, people who attended would often dress in atypical outfits to stand out and make the event feel more extreme. Needless to say, people who came and participated in this event got their money’s worth.

Performers did an amazing job spreading the word in between acts to make sure to make sure everyone stays safe. In previous concerts, people got hurt in crowds so the fact that they made an effort making sure everyone stayed healthy during the shows showed a very important and meaningful act.

During the headliners performances, fireworks and bursts of controlled fire being realized on stage creating an amazing experience for those in the crowd. Many people enjoyed this event.
