Homecoming Spirit Week

Actual fraternal twins, Cruz Holland and Kaya Holland, grade 9

During the week of October 3 to October 7, Sierra Vista kicked off the week with a variety of dress up days created to get fellow Mountain Lions ready for the big game on Friday and the dance on Saturday.

Monday = Pajama Day

Tuesday = Twin Day

Ms. Beckham and Jaela Ferrer, a junior, become each other’s mirror image for Twin Day during the week of homecoming.
During Sierra Vistas homecoming spirit week twin day was a student favorite, but what’s better than twins? Triplets! Amaya Acosta (9), Emma Velimirovic (9), and Jia Suarez (9) decided to dress as triplets and triplets they were.

Friday = Spirit Day and In-person assembly

Dynasty dance team member, Lola Carbonetti, 12th grader, excited to perform and show her Sierra Vista spirit.
An energetic and colorful show was presented by Sierra Vista High School’s Color Guard for the Homecoming Assembly as the band plays beside them. The gymnasium watched in awe as the Color Guard spun their flags to the beat of the band’s drums that Friday afternoo
